E – Betting / Book Making Solution
“Betting Pro”, e-Betting Solution is a Hybrid back office management system which is both Web-Based and Client-Server Based, that is aimed at facilitating day to day activities in relation to betting.
The “Betting Pro” e-Betting System is a solution laid out intended to reduce the daily hassles encountered in manual back office operations. The functions of the solution are aimed at providing fast and customer friendly services and reduce inefficiencies and wastage of time. The outlet module of the e-Betting Pro is developed so that the betting operations performed at the outlets island wide, would become more efficient and effective.

Requirement We Identified
We designed and developed following an extensive industry domain study, the book making solution was conceptualized in 2014 in collaboration with a leading Book Maker. The solution automates business process in two dimensions, focused upon facilitating both front-end as well as back-end process and also comprise of integration with online data feeds, real time settlement calculations as well as presentation of data for monitoring of transactions in both operations and finances
Solution We Provided
The system in a nutshell comprise of four elements, as to Accept Bets, Process Bets, Return and to Generate Reports. In addition to the above, the solution is to be comprised supporting functions for administration and Dashboards for value addition. The solution is to be designed in a way that it would match the user knowledge and functional priorities and emphasis on the end user (customer/ employee) functions. The list of functions provided through this solution is described below. The external system integrated to the system are HR, Finance and SIS.
Diversified and customized reports developed also aims at providing management information supporting business and promotional decisions.
Along with that we provided a KIOSK solution with a web and mobile application with related to the solution to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of the solution.

Throughout many custom scenarios our CICRA team managed to satisfy the customer needs by maintaining system accuracy in highly manner.
Technologies We Used
TBBOSS web based system is developed using the C# and ASP.Net languages and to enhance performance MVC technology has been used. The reports are developed using Crystal Reports xi and the solution can be hosted on a Windows Environment, with the privilege for the users to access from out of office and is strengthen with security and encryption to stabilize data integrity.
